Massive Nixon Campaign Button Collection
Ran across this big lot of Nixon memorabilia at www.politicalmemorabilia.org/campaign-nixon/. I love collecting Nixon buttons as he was obviously one of the more controversial Republican Presidents. He was a skilled campaigner and what fascinates me about Nixon is he never gave up after the Kennedy defeat in 1961. I really believe his memorabilia will only increase in value as more and more collectors become involved.

Roosevelt/Mckinley Campaign Button sells for $1,259.56
Rare Roosevelt/McKinley Jugate sold for $1,259.56 on Ebay. The United States presidential election of 1900 was held on November 6, 1900. It was a rematch of the 1896 race between Republican President William McKinley and his Democratic challenger, William Jennings Bryan. The return of economic prosperity and recent victory in the Spanish-American War helped McKinley to score a decisive victory. President McKinley chose New York Governor Theodore Roosevelt as his running mate as Vice President Garret Hobart had died from heart failure in 1899.
Rare Alfred E. Smith Campaign Button sells for $712.13
A rare and unusual 1928 Alfred E. Smith Campaign Button sold for $712.13 on Ebay seen here: http://tinyurl.com/24rauaa. It was seldom seen and desirable large Smith presidential pinback. Known in private and public life as Al Smith, was an American politician who was elected the 42nd Governor of New York four times, and was the Democratic U.S. presidential candidate in 1928. He was the first Roman Catholic to run for President as a major party nominee. He lost the election to Herbert Hoover. He then became president of the Empire State, Inc. and was instrumental in getting the Empire State Building built at the onset of the Great Depression.

Barry Goldwater Vintage Campaign Poster
I was so excited to find this 18" x 12" Barry Goldwater Campaign poster. It is a tad-bit faded with a few pinholes, but it's such a beauty. The gentleman I bought it from said his mother had the poster in her window all during the campaign. Unfortunately Goldwater lost to LBJ but to have a vintage piece of history in my hand is great. I've really taken a liking to collecting also-rans and campaign losers. The history to be told.
Selling for $25.00 = $3.99 shipping. Will accept paypal. (tdklim1966 {at} yahoo.com)
